We are delighted to announce that Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions was awarded Best UCITS III Platform at the HFM Awards last week. The shortlisted platforms were: Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions, Deutsche Bank Platinum, Alceda Fund Management, Schroder GAIA and SEB UCITS Platform. Below are the criteria used to select the winner: The HFM Hedge Fund Services Awards are designed to recognise companies that have outperformed their peer group over the course of 2010/11. The entries, assessed by an independent panel of industry experts, will be judged both quantitatively and qualitatively, producing final shortlists of candidates that have demonstrated: 1 Financial progress: revenue growth and profit 2 Growth: client numbers, internal hires and geographic expansion 3 Client satisfaction 4 Genuine product innovation 5 Adaptability in the face of client demands and new regulation etc. This award joins the Best UCITS platform award which was won by MLIS at the European Fund of Hedge Funds Awards in November 2010.
